notes: i am not dieting or trying to lose some weight..but somebody might, so i dedicated this to whoever out there who loves eating but dont wanna gain weight.. :D

cauliflower mash

we need:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • a small pack of milk
  • 50g butter (but u if u like u can reduce the amount)
  • some black pepper
  • some salt

1) cut cauliflower into small pieces. boil until soft. strain n then mash em!

2) place the cauliflower in a pot, cook under low heat. 1st add milk, stir, then add butter. stir again until combined.

3) add on black pepper n salt. stir, remove from heat then stir again.

done!

u know what, i found this recipe in a computer game... hehe…
