THE PRICE (SIBU-KL)

mas: mahal..one way ticket plus fees sume, the chepeast bole dpt rm300++, but harga paling biasa bole dpt is around rm400-500. but recently i checked the price, coz i wanna go kl dis 26th, the cheapest total price is rm605..wow~

airasia: affordable. if u buy really early u can get as low as rm100…but the most common price is around rm150-250 one way. i bought airasia today for 26th aug flight n it cost rm221.50. one problem about airasia is dat u hv to be really smart on when to buy a ticket. coz da price changes so fast. the earlier u buy it, the cheaper it is. if u buy ticket on the day or a day b4 ur flight, prepare rm400 or even rm500 in ur hand..if that happen, dun blame them if u thk ‘i shud’ve buy mas instead..there’s no much difference in price anyway’

THE CHECK-IN

mas: in my experience, if ur luggages exceed the allowed weight (that is 20kg domestic), they dun charge u..they’ll transfer ur excess to other passengers who dont hv many luggage. how genius! this is one of the reasons i love flying wif mas.

airasia: the allowed weight for domestic is 15kg only. in if u exceed it, ur only solution is to pay the amount u exceed. the price xtentu la..last time i paid rm120 for 10kg i exceed..it’s rm12 per kg!! oh i really hate it!!

THE BOARDING

mas: so easy. u dun hv to go out under the sun or rain to reach to the plane. juz walk tru da path tt is attached to terminal,directly to the plane door. n there’s no such thg as xpress boarding as u already hv ur designated seat. u dun need to run to get a good seat. extra, for grad card holders or enrich card holders, u’ll hv possibility to be upgraded to business class or even 1st class..now, that’s worth it!

airasia: it’s similar like taking a bus. when the plane is ready to board, all the passengers hv to line up. if u wanna get in the plane quicker, u can buy xpress boarding when u’re booking the flight. the price is rm25 between e.msia n w.msia. worth it? dun thk so. coz passenger without xpress boarding will follow immediately after u..if they walk faster, or run, they’ll come in 1st. u’ll be walking u way to the plane. if the plane park far from the terminal, make an effort to walk longer. dun curse, it’s cheap!!

THE INFLIGHT

mas: the food, before the ‘hot food inside a box’ thingy was superb!! but now since it is served in a plastic box, n no food choices, it sux! i remember b4 dis, nasi lemak is the obligatory menu for morning flight(i was lookg forward to it last time i got onboard), but they juz served some cekodok yg xsedap n buns wif jam in a box that can be ‘tapau’, it make u thk for urself, ‘is this the rm500 im paying for??WTF!‘. flight attendants are a bit nicer n serve better. inflight mag; going places, is a nice treat..but airasia also now hv inflight mag..n it’s way b8r from china eastern, uzbekistan, aeroflot n even lufthansa airlines’ inflight mag, if not yet beat going places. im telling that, mas hv become so not worth the price!

airasia: u must buy inflight food if u want to eat. but hey, main dish(most famous is the nasi lemak) is juz about rm8..plus drink n desserts, u pay less than rm25..plus the price to ur ticket, for instance, rm225 + rm25 = rm250.. i thk it’s afforable, compare to paying rm500 n juz having cekodok treats..flight attendant? they’re busy selling thgs than serving people..they’re more to salesmen/salesgirls than stewards/stewardesses..inflight mag? im giving 4 stars!

THE ARRIVAL

mas: it feels so blaady good to arrive at one of the world’s most beautiful airport.. i’ve been travelling by air since i was 16years old, n one thg i hate the most is waitg in the airport..whether waitg for boarding, waiting for ppl to come n pick me up or waitg for the freaking delayed  flights..but, gosh, i really love klia. i dun mind waiting long thr..especially the international boarding building. it appeals to me more like a shopping mall than an airport..it’s a heaven!! i juz love it! n im so proud it’s in malaysia.

airasia: arrive at the lcct..erk? wut’s dat? it stands for low cost carrier terminal, airasia very own airport. n it look nothing more like an enormous container. the depature n arrival hall r both at ground floor (sorry, lcct dun hv 1st floor,lol). if sibu airport was built the same time as lcct, sibu airport wud’ve look b8r than the freaking lcct…dow actually lcct is a part of klia, i juz cant accept the fact coz lcct is soooooo not cool! so memalukan la..coz airport shud’ve be the image of a country. when foreigners come to malaysia, the 1st thg they see is the airport. n seeing airasia’s lcct? 1st impression: ‘erk..dis place sux!!
